The readiness check asks general, non-sensitive questions about your household, what planning documents you have, and your situation, and it deliberately does not ask for account numbers, balances, or other sensitive financial detail. When you request your snapshot, we collect your name and email address so that we can send it to you and respond to you. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce spam, which may process limited technical information for that purpose, and this site is hosted on Cloudflare with standard server and security logging.
Your answers, your snapshot, and your contact information are used to provide the snapshot, to respond to you, and, if you choose to work with us, to provide the services we agree to. We do not sell or share your information, we do not rent it, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing. It is processed by the service providers that operate this site and its email, namely Cloudflare and Resend, acting on our behalf.
We retain your name, email address, and assessment answers for up to two years and then delete them, unless a professional or legal obligation requires us to keep them longer.
